Delivery and Returns

We strongly recommend that you read carefully the following delivery and returns policy’s of our company. Once you have completed your order, you will be prompted to check the box (I accept the delivery and returns policy of our company), therefore accepting our shipping and returns policy.
Below we analyze all the possible scenarios that may happen in details.
Please note that all items in the order are packed and delivered separately (one by one) by G.A.P. Akis express courier.

Customer orders choosing a wrong shoe size

We strongly advise you to read the table provided in each item’s detail page before you choose your size. In the case you have chosen and received a wrong shoe size, you can still visit one of our shops in Nicosia and Limassol and exchange your item. Please note that you have to keep the item and return it with the receipt in one of our shops. In case you don’t accept the item when the G.A.P. Akis express courier delivers it to you, the item will return back to us. In this case the courier company will automatically charge our company with the return fees, and since it’s not our mistake our company will charge you the return fees when you will change the item.
You have also the choice to order online again and to avoid visiting one of our shops. In order to do that you have to send it back to us (not to accept the item) and inform us. As soon as we receive the item we can send you a coupon code at your email with the value of the item you order minus the shipping return fees. In this case you will complete a new order and you have to pay the delivery fees once more.
Please note that any item we receive with the labels moved or used (dirty) will not be exchanged .
In case you prove us that the sizes table provided in each item’s detail page is not correct, as a result you ordered the correct size according to the table but it is not your size, our company takes the responsibility. For this case please read scenario 3 for more details.

Akis express courier delivers it to you and you can change it visiting one of our shops. When you visit our shops you have to keep the item and the receipt. In case you don’t accept the item when the G.A.P. Akis express courier delivers it to you, the item will return back to us. In this case the courier company will automatically charge our company with the return fees, and since it’s not our mistake our company will charge you the return fees when you will change the item.

In this case you have several options. The first option you have is to keep the item and visit one of our shops and change it. Keep in mind that you have to have the item and the receipt with you. The second option is to send it back to us (not to accept it at the present of G.A.P. Akis express courier) and to contact us by email immediately at [email protected] As soon as we get it back we will arrange to send the correct size shortly free of charges.
You also have the choice to order online again. In order to do that you have to send it back to us (not to accept the item) and inform us at [email protected] As soon as we receive the item we can send you a coupon code at your email with the value of the item you order plus the value of the delivery charges. In this case you will complete a new order and you won’t have to pay the delivery charges again (the delivery address should be the same otherwise you have to pay the additional delivery charges).

In this case you will complete a new order and you don’t have to pay the delivery charges again (the delivery address should be the same otherwise you have to pay the additional delivery charges).

Customer has entered incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Customer has entered incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Please make sure that the address, phone number and your email address are correct and complete. In case that the item is returned back to us with reason stated incorrect/incomplete address we will contact you, if your email address is correct and we will arrange to resend it to you. Please note that any additional delivery charges have to be paid by you via Paypal or somehow before we resend you the item. If after 3 days your item hasn’t been delivered , this means that we did not have any proper information about you and we could not contact you. Please in this case do not hesitate to contact us

We have entered incorrect or incomplete delivery address

In case that the item is returned back to us with reason stated incorrect/incomplete address and we find out that your order has the full information needed however we did not complete it properly on the package, we will take full responsibility and we will resend to you the item free of charges.

In any case you don’t receive your item

In this scenario there are two possibilities.

  • Incorrect/incomplete address, email, and phone number. If we do not have any contact information, the communication with you will be impossible. Therefore your item is unclaimed and you have to contact us. In this case we do not take any responsibility and any additional delivery charges will be applied. In order to resend you the item we have to arrange the payment of the new delivery charges via Paypal or some other way and then we will resend it to you.
  • In case it is our mistake, for example we may send it with wrong or incomplete address ,or even if the item is lost, we are responsible to resend it to you without any extra charges.

Customer receives a damaged item

If you receive a damage item you have several options. The first option you have is to keep the item and visit one of our shops and change it. Keep in mind that you have to have the item and the receipt with you. The second option is to send it back to us (not to accept it at the present of G.A.P. Akis express courier) and to contact us by email immediately. As soon as we get it back we will arrange to send a new item shortly free of charges.
You have also the choice to order online again. In order to do that you have to send it back to us (not to accept the item) and inform us. As soon as we receive the item we can send you a coupon code at your email with the value of the item you order plus the value of the delivery charges. You received the correct item and the correct size according to the invoice however you received another item. So the invoice is correct but the item included in the package is different

The delivery charges are less or more than those you have already paid

If the delivery charges are less than those you have already paid, you have to contact us and we will immediately return via Paypal or somehow the difference to you.
If the delivery charges are more than those you have already paid, we will not charge you the difference since it’s our mistake.

Any case that is not included in this page (delivery and returns), please do not hesitate to contact us and we will reply to you with further action.
It is important to clarify again that ordering an item having next to the chosen size the character *, the delivery may take longer.
Please note that delivery charges are according to your postal code. So make sure that the postal code you enter is the correct otherwise the delivery charges will be wrong and the delivery will not be possible.
Any item we receive with the labels moved or used (dirty) will not be exchanged .
Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any delay that deals with any strike, physical phenomena, or political situation.
